Thermo Tec Turbo Cover Kit
The Silver Thermo Tec Turbo Cover Kit keeps the turbine spooled up, reducing lag. The dual-layer construction increases performance and durability while reducing under-hood temperatures. At the same time, it improves horsepower and performance by maintaining temperatures inside the turbo. The kit is available in T3/T4 and T5/T6 sizes, plus it comes with grommets and wiring for a simple installation process.

Turbo Cover Rogue Series
Unlike the Silver Turbo Cover Kit, Thermo Tec’s Rogue Series Turbo Cover is only available in T3 and T4 sizes but gives you the option to choose between two colors, Carbon Fiber and Ricochet Black. Other than those minor differences, they’re basically identical in both ability and functionality. Also, it comes with wiring for easy installation.

Turbo Kit Rogue Series
Thermo Tec’s Turbo Kit includes a Rogue Series Turbo Cover, two 18 inch Snap Straps, and 10 feet of wire for easy installation. The best part is that you also get an Exhaust Insulating Wrap, which is produced utilizing pulverized lava rock called basalt. It is extremely pliable, resistant to discoloration, and can withstand up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit in direct continuous contact. The kit is available in T3 and T4 sizes while giving you the option to choose between two colors, Carbon Fiber and Ricochet Black.

Turbo Insulating Kit
The Thermo Tec Turbo Insulating Kit contains the heat produced from a turbo by fitting a wide variety of turbines. The custom kit comes with an excessive amount of material to cover turbos from the smallest automotive application to heavy-duty diesel truck applications. Two Turbo Kits are available – a four-cylinder kit and a six and eight-cylinder kit. Each kit contains a roll of Exhaust Insulating Wrap 1-inch x 50 or 2-inch x 50, 1 yard of Aluminized Heat Barrier, and a 3-inch x 6-inch piece of Exhaust Insulating Wrap. Hardware and instructions are included.
